Wednesday 14th September – introduction to hospitality, basic food hygiene, personal presentation and grooming
Thursday 15th September – understanding customer service and basic food and beverage skills
Friday 16th September – basic cookery
Thursday 22nd September – espresso coffee
Friday 23rd September;- career planning and pathways

Duration:
3 hours per day over 5 days (10am – 1pm)

Course Cost: $55 (incl GST)
This joint initiative is provided by Federation Training in conjunction with GELLA (Gippsland East Learn Local Alliance)

Course Overview:
Pre-accredited training and pathways into further education in hospitality such as Certificate III in Catering Operations or Paddock to Plate Hospitality.

Topics covered will include:
• exploring the types of jobs and careers available in the hospi¬tality industry
• learning about good quality customer service
• developing an understanding of what is required to work in the hospitality trade
• developing teamwork and employability skills
